A Lot of Positive Buzz

Cloudland Lodge at McLemore Resort has quickly become a coveted destination since its grand opening earlier this year. Nestled atop Lookout Mountain, this stunning resort offers unparalleled views, world-class amenities, and an unforgettable guest experience.

It’s not new that Cloudland has some amazing views from its perch atop Lookout Mountain, Georgia. But what is new is guests experiencing how those views change with the seasons. Whether you’re in your room, at the pool, at the Skyside, or sitting window side from one of the other fantastic dining options, McLemore Cove provides a living and breathing experience. Always changing with the way our sun highlights the cove. Or how the evening temperature changes and rain brings new growth to its inhabitant species of vegetation.

What’s New?

But what is new is what you’ll experience inside, making your comfort and relaxation top priority. Additional artwork is hung and ready for your visual indulgence. Featuring a full wall wooden relief map of Lookout Mountain in the main lobby downstairs. The meticulous carving and etching of this map, made from timbers harvested from the hotel grounds during construction, will capture your attention and imagination.

Additional photography from resident artist Kim Hubbard adorns the hallways and other public areas of Cloudland.  Kim regularly provides talks and tours of her photography at Cloudland, which features many of the native vegetation found only in McLemore Cover.

The Library is now fully stocked with a hand-picked selection of books about the area, travel, and other subjects germane to the region.  You’ll also find golf books that you can bring to your room to provide you a tip or 2 when playing one of the 2 courses at McLemore Resort. Lastly, don’t forget to spend time viewing the cove through one of the many telescopes provided in the library and The Pocket, a breakfast and lunch oasis inside of Cloudland.
